Let’s enjoy a unique mid - autumn festival with GLN

     Have you had any plan for the upcoming mid-autumn festival yet? Do you want to enjoy a completely different and unique mid-autumn festival? Or do you want to make friends and listen to a lot of interesting sharings in mid- autumn festival? Come to GLN EC this Saturday to discover and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of the mid-autumn festival!

     GLN EC’s outdoor program with the theme “Mid-autumn Festival” will be held at the school yard of University of Languages and International Studies at 3 PM, Saturday, 10/09/2011. Beside chances of practicing English and improving such important soft skills as presentation skill, teamwork skills, you also have the opportunities to listen to a lot of interesting sharings related to Mid-autumn and play some “funny and crazy” games. Especially, you will have chances to receive a lot of amazing and cool presents from GLN EC in the role of the participants. • Making friends with others

3:15 - 3:30: Warming up

•       Playing a “warming – up” game

3:30 - 4:00: Discussing in pairs

•             Do you know the origin of the mid- autumn festival? What do people often do in this festival?
•       And what do you often do in the mid-autumn festival? Could you share with us about your most memorable one?
•            Do you see any difference between the mid- autumn festival in the past and that of the present?
•            Do you think “the mid- autumn festival has now become the day for both adults and children”?          Why?

4:00 - 4:15: Playing the game: “Guess who?”

4:15 - 4.45: Working in groups

• Making a lantern and presenting the ideas of your group
