Marketing- vital factor for business success!!!

Marketing is the process used to determine what products or services may be of interest to customers, and the strategy to use in sales, communications and business development. In reality, it plays an important role in every business’s success. That’s the reason why almost all the companies or businesses take care much on this field. Let’s see how we discover this topic with GLN EC on 10th December.

Some questions such as “what is marketing, How many types of marketing, In comparison with the past how it has changes for orientation of customers’ demand" and so on are excitingly and controversially discussed at GLN EC last week. There are a lot of different ideas from attendants about the nature of Marketing: some people think that Marketing is to answer two questions relating to products: how to produce and how to sell, which sounds a bit strange but correct and is agreed by all the attendants.

As normal, we enjoy a game which is very interesting and extremely critical with the name “Maze”. It is not for relaxing but also helps us understand more about grammar: the differences of Most & Almost. It is really great!!!

Thanks to this topic, we can get further knowledge about marketing so we can apply in our real situation for ourselves especially the people who are working for business field.

MARKETING

Marketers and marketing departments are two important factors that we can see in almost all companies at present. They are really crucial parts in the development of any business. However, “what does marketing really mean?”, how does it actually work? And “Why does a company substantially need marketing?... All of those confusing questions will be found out thoroughly in GLN EC this weekend with the topic: “Marketing”. This is really a promising chance for you, a student who wish to find out about marketing, or for those who have got experiences on relative jobs to figure out and discover this concept more deeply. Let’s come and share with us your ideas about “Marketing”.

Crimes & Punishments - a really hot topic!!!

“Crime is a salient fact today, an integral part of the risks we face in everyday life. In both scholarly and public opinion, crime is associated with bad effects to the community” is totally agreed at the last meeting on 3rd December at GLN EC.

As we expect, this topic attracts the attendants a lot because of its interesting and useful content and the games. It is considered as one of the most attractive and exciting debates at GLN EC during the meeting. There are a lot of different ideas from attendants about some questions relating to our topic such as the definition of crimes and punishments, their different kinds, the causes and solutions especially the idea “Nowadays, the media seem to emphasize on posting shocked news about crimes but they are often for entertainment rather than education- what do you think about this?”, which leads to the controversial debate, giving more chances for us to raise the voice.

  Preparing for debate: Group 1

                                                          Group 2

Our atmosphere is very hot not only by the topic but by the games. We really enjoy with relax and inspiration before we move to the last part of this meeting-also the most interesting part: Work in groups. We divide into 2 groups to debate with the idea :capital punishment in Vietnam- should it be abolished? Personally, I find it entirely exciting and effective because each of group has their persuasive ideas and supporting ones with one-by-one turn.

                                                     Playing games

In short, besides help us with improvement of the soft skills in debating this topic provides useful and reliable knowledge about crimes and punishment so we can know how to deal with them to reduce and abolish them in our life.

CRIMES & PUNISHMENTS

We are living in a modern and convenient life which is expected to be better for not only our physical health but also spiritual health; however; it seems to be that the ethics issues in our society tend to very alarming with the rapid growth of crimes at any age. “As a citizen, what can you do to reduce this and make our life better?” That is also our topic for the coming program. Come and share with us your ideas about “Crimes & Punishments” this weekend!

Meaningful kisses!!!

In our life, we can express our innermost feeling or love by so many ways; however, sometimes silence has the loudest voice. When word fails you, let your lips do the talking by “Kisses”. With the sensitive topic, all the members are excited at some questions discussed: How many types of kisses? What are the meanings of them? Are the kisses different in different cultures? at GLN EC on the last Saturday 26th September.

After 30 minutes for making friends with others and playing an attractive game, we go to discuss in details with some suggested questions that not only provide us useful information but gives fun for us. All of the members think that Kisses are great and meaningful for our life especially young people because they are the ways you show loves with others. Some attendants raise their ideas about the different kisses in different culture or countries like Western and Eastern countries –Vietnam, Japan, and China with American, England and Australia, which makes us interested in showing our loves.

However, there is an idea that do not support kissing in public, which leads 3 groups to the final debate “Do you agree or not? Give your reasons.” Each group has their own ideas but has in common that “It depends on each culture so we should take kisses right!”

After ending the meeting, all most everyone stays to discuss the further topic very hot and I hope that you are clear about the different meanings of kisses from this meeting so you can choose well to show your love with others.
