[ GLN Sunday ] Topic 09/06 : TEST ANXIETY

Whenever the red flamboyant flowers colour on the streets, it is time for the exam season to come . The students, putting everything aside, hook up with their study in preparation for the time full of anxiety ahead. The works piling up in a semester seems to be wrapped into three hours only. Therefore, studying seems to be so intensive and even make all the students exhausted. In many cases, students might be get sick and mentally ill. How to  get over such anxiety and work effectively for the exam is always of great concern among people. Let’s  join us to share your ideas about the topic.

2.Why do students feel anxious about taking exams?3.What are consequences of test anxiety?
4.What should we do to deal with this phenomenon?


4:10-4:25: Relaxing

4:25-4:45: Working in groups
Imagine that you are under pressure for your preparation of the final exams. Stress, worry and nervous feelings make you not concentrate on their study. Meanwhile, there are only a few day left before the exam and you feel totally tired and don’t know what to do to deal with the thick pile of book on the table. What would you do in this case to get you out of this mess. Make a drama or presentation to show your solution.
