Undeniably, plastic surgery turns out a popular trend worldwide. Public attitudes towards this kind of surgery have increasingly become optimistic when more and more people turn to surgery to achieve a desirable look. In the UK, a total of 38 274 cosmetic procedures were carried out in 2012 as compared with only 10 000 ones in 2003 - a significant increase within 7 years. However, everything has a price; many people have to trade off their health, money and even their life for beautifying. Is it worth or not?  What do you think about this? Let’s come and join us at 2.30pm on Sunday to express your opinions about the issue.

According to The Global Search for Education on cheating on test, they did a survey of 24,000 high school students in grades 9-12, 95% of students said they cheated during the course of their education, ranging from letting somebody copy their homework to cheating on tests. Not surprisingly, this problem is also popular at universities. So, why do students cheat on tests? What should we do to improve this situation?  We will discuss more about this issue in the GLN EC’s meeting on Saturday, 11th May 2013 at 10th Floor, Keangnam Office Building.
