·         What are characteristics of a monopolist? How does it differentiate to other types of market like perfectly competitive market?

·         What are good or bad points about monopolies? Why so?

·         Should be monopolists encouraged in an economy now? Give reasons?

3:45 – 3:50: Playing a game

3:50- 4:30: Working in groups: DEBATE

• You will be divided into a group. Your group will be given a case study. Discuss in group and think about your arguments in order to defend your group partner’s ideas.
• Debate will last 3 – 5 minutes.
