It is generally true that gaining some degrees or certificates will help us have better access, and giving a strong indicator of one’s level of education background is a good chance to his promotion. Nevertheless, having experience is still as crucial as earning some qualifications. What do you think about qualifications and experience? Which is considered to be more necessary? • Do you plan your career with or without outstanding qualifications? Why?
