The pavement is for walking and parking in some places but if you come to Vietnam, the pavement is a place for people to do business even it's illegal. Foreign visitors to Hanoi are impressed by the capital’s pavements where they can chat, drink tea or coffee,and even have something to eat. Pavement culture has become the unique culture in Hanoi and has also been known as one of the typical features in the Vietnamese culture. So what is Hanoi pavement culture? Is it really the typical culture in Hanoi? Let’s come and share your own thinking about the topic “PAVEMENT CULTURE IN HANOI” at 2:30 pm in GLN English Club this Saturday.
