STUDY ABROAD IN YOUR EYES

Last Saturday, GLN English club welcomed more than 20 members to join “Study abroad in your eyes”. It is a hot topic in Viet Nam nowadays where there are a lot of students to decide to study abroad. Nguyen Minh Hang is MC of that program as well as the beautiful president of GLN . After making friends with one another, we played an interesting game. The rule of the game was to find one syllable word that begin with the last letter of a given word. All members were very excited to find their own word as quick as possible. It was very difficult to find the winner because it seemed that almost were intelligent people. Finally, we found a winner-Mr. Hung, a regular member of GLN English club who spent 2 year living and studying in UK.

More interesting, we continued joining the part “discuss in pair”. The atmosphere became hotter and hotter because of the discussion sounds from every members. They talked, argued and shared in an enthusiastic way. After 15 minutes discussing in pair, we shared with one another. All ideas were very useful. Especially, we could listen to the experiences from studying abroad from Mr. Hung who spent 2 year in UK.

Perhaps, work in group needed to respond quickly because 2 groups debated with each other. One was about the advantages of studying abroad and the others was the disadvantages. In one debated issue, it was very difficult to decide which side was right or wrong. Everything had two side, of course.

Finishing at 4h30, some members stayed to watch movie, some decided to go home. Nonetheless, it heavily rained. Thus, some members in GLN decided to find a coffee restaurant to share with one another.

We had a good time sharing our hobby and our point of views in life.
