[GLN EC] No meeting on 27/04 & 28/04

  Please be informed that there will be no meeting as usual in both GLN EC Saturday and GLN EC Sunday this week (27/04 & 28/04) due to Vietnam's National Holiday of Independence Day 30 April and Labour Day 1 May.
