Teamwork skills

Teamwork has become an important part of the working culture and a lot of businesses now look at teamwork skills when evaluating a person for their recruitment. Most companies realize that teamwork is important because either the product is sufficiently complex that it requires a team with multiple skills to produce, and/or a better product will result when a team approach is taken. Therefore, it is important that students learn to function in a team environment so that they will have teamwork skill when they enter the workforce. Also, research tells us that students learn best from tasks that involve doing tasks and involve social interactions. ü      How many skills should be included in doing teamwork? In your opinion, what is the most important skill?

ü      What are the differences between a team and a group of people? How can we make a good team?

ü      What should we do to improve teamwork skills?

3:30-3.45: Playing  a game

3.45-4.20: Working in teams

ü      A competition named: “Who’ve done a good job”

Task 1: (4 minutes) Building a tower with given materials

Task 2: (15 minutes) Making a poem with topic “GLN EC”

=> Each team will choose 2 people who work most effectively in your team to receive the gifts from GLN EC

4:20-4:30: MC ends the discussion
